I have heard the best way to get a UA clean in a short amount of time is this:
In my town we have a UA clean witch hides or masks a UA completly, but this makes me piss like 20 times, after that i take niacin(spell check that) every hour for like 8 hours and while that i drink alot of tea and water would this help me alot or a little
