    Pesticides

I recently planted a bunch of seeds outside in a field. Right now they are in big containers and they just sprouted. I noticed that some were already getting attacked by bugs and I want to know the best way to get rid of them and keep them gone with out making the plants dangerous to smoke. Any ideas? Also, should I be using a fertilizer and if so, what kind?
