I would recomend using an oven, at about 300-320ish for 5-8 min, microwaves are too imprecise for me. You can also use alchohol (stronger the better) but if you can eat a bowl of cheese, grats. also, you want to use alot of green, it takes a little more orally, but it is pretty nice. I would say if you wanna get baked, use a little more then you were planning on, and that should be ok.
