Well that's the part that makes you know it's scammy....when the customer service doesn't talk to you etc....the moment they didn't answer your last question to them about getting in touch after March 5..... Hope you didn't lose too much $$$. Makes sense what you say about not all packages getting "lost" just enough of them.....
