I've never done it personally, I'm only 15, but I went with one of my friends who is 17 to this Arco gas station and they sold him a blunt wrap with no ID. If you want to buy something, do it when no one else is in there.

I put the lines on the belt and get up to the cashier and she tells me I have to be 18 and have an ID. I was pretty surprised.....I had no clue you had to be 18 to buy some fucking lighters....what's the big deal. Has anyone heard of having to be 18 to buy lighters?
