no. not as long as they do not go inside the car with the dog. they can have him sniff around the outside of the car, with the doors closed, but if they bark/scratch/whatever, then that IS probable cause for a search, and they don't need a warrant, and can go inside your car and fuck with your shit all they want and you can't do a thing about it.

at least that's how i've come to understand it.
