i dunno what everyone else said, but i know that lack of sleep will depress your immune system.
halfassedjediknight Reviewed by halfassedjediknight on . can not sleeping be bad for you? Well, I have problems sleeping at times .. well most of the time.. for the past 6 months or so .... I get on this very weird fucked up schedule of sleeping. Like some times ill be up for 2 days then fall a sleep and be up for 1 day and then sleep and then be up for another 2 days and this goes on about every week for espically the past 6 months and the weird thing is I am actually use to this sleeping schedule now... I can stay up for 2 days no problem at all.. very easily ... its like i set my Rating: 5
