Quick sexing question

Lets say i was growing from seed and had about 3growing and they were acouple of weeks old, could i put these into flower find out whos male or female then rip the males out and switch the females back into veg...
would this work?

Reason for wanting to do this is so you can grow a mother plant and defintly no its female, you could just grow a clone but you cant get them anywhere around here

i'm new to growing myself but what i have watched and red your better of vegging those plants for a month or so and take clones from them..then once the clones start growing nice and have a root system u can flower these to see if you plants are males and females.

my 2 plants showed signs of female hairs after 3 weeks of 20/4 light, so either wait a couple more weeks for signs or just take clones from the 3 plants u have.

I agree ..... instead of losing time by placing them in flower then have to return them to veg you should take clones as soon as you can. Make sure you mark them properly that's important, one you do the clone you can put it to flower right away. That is how I sex my girls. Works fine and no delays .... if I can get two clones from a plant I put one in flower and the other in veg .... if it's a girl I ahead of the game with a new lady already in the veg stage.

I agree. if you put them in flowering they are going to stretch like crazy. just wait about a week or two until u are able to make mother plants out of them.. once they get big enough take 3-4 clones from each ( or however many u want) place one of each into flowering right away. and leave the others in veg with the mothers so they can grow while ur waiting to find the sex. in about 1-2 weeks when u can determine the sex if you have males throw it the mother and the othr three clones away. if its females throw the one in flower away becase it did its job and will be wayy to smll to produce a good amount of bud. by that time ur clones that you took have had a good amount of time to grow in veg depending on how big they aree u can either keep growing them or put them in flower. either way u save urself 2 weeks in veg.
