java.com is too complicated to navigate. they have a program you have to download just to find new patches. that is a waste of hard drive space as well as time. id rather just google for patches and thats just gonna take more time.

usually theres a "get the latest version of bla bla bla" when you dont have the latest version instead of a red box. it doesnt make sense to me.
