Oh, and try to choose a topic you are genuinly interested in, if you can. It will make you much more likely to actually do the reading.

And yeah. Laziness will backfire in a hurry. Don't plagiarize. It's okay to read Cliff's Notes but you can't just copy things. Besides, don't you want to actually learn? Being stupid is stupid.
