use clear eye not visine

RED EYES i know u guys probly think this is a stupid question but whats up with like really blood shot eyes when ur high. for me its ike never the same, somtimes my eyes are fine somtimes the're as red as idk a stopsign. are there ways to make your eyes not turn as red. does that Cleareye eyedrop stuff work.? any insight?
