Just to let you know that Sunday I also began taking Green Tea and Creatine Monohydrate.
I also switched the Cranberry Juice (which was getting costly) to Spring Valley Natural Herb CranberryPlus tablets, which also contain Vitamin C.

As I'm taking these tablets and drinks, believe it or not I feel like I have more energy. Usually by 2 pm I get tired at work, but now I don't feel tired.

I don't know what it is, but I'm thinking its either the tea or the creatine.

Any thoughts about this?
