I dont know if anyone has heard of anyone getting caught for saying something wrong over the phone and they have cricket wireless, but everyone knows about it around where i live, my manager at work heard about it too..

this guy is retired and he is 21. he has loads of money in like over seas bank accounts... 4 years ago, when i had class with him, he was making like, 500 dollars a day profit it was nuts..

Government tapping into Cricket Wireless
I have cricket wireless... now you're worrying me
A few questions:
1) You said this guy was a huge dealer, correct? The whole nine yards?
2) Do you know what it was that he said over the phone?
3) Are you sure it's just a cricket wireless problem, or can this happen on any service?

It's a coinsidence. They would have to get a warrant to tap a dealers phone, unless they could connect him with terrorism, then, they wouldn't need a warrant. So, if they really did tap his phone, or intercept the signal, then its for other reasons (not cricket)and they could have done it if the guy has any of the cell services.

the government are tapping everyones phones, it's obvious, it wouldn't make sense if they weren't, they only do something if it's serious, like a terror attack, a HUGE drug deal, or they've tracked a persistent dealer, I know as I used to buy from somewhere and one day after I received the call, I saw police cars pulling over slowly to the spot.Maybe someone tipped them off, but they know where you are, especially cause of the oyster card in England

not a victim to the phone tapping and never heard of cricket wireless. i agree with dusto they would need a warrant. but in law all it takes is a good suspicion and that warrant is there. in all honesty we know they can do as they please and even if its a horrible thing they really wont get in trouble. and my understanding with cell phones is, it is much easier for police to get a warrant for cell phone records. than it ever will be to put a tap on ur home phone. with our constitutional rights our home is the hardest thing to invade ur phone being part of ur home! these cell phones r trouble pure trouble. i remember when nobody had cell phones and everything went smooth. one guy ran my city for like 10 years with no worries. had 4 or 5 pagers and thats all u needed. no way to track which phone ur using or hard to follow u cause they cant pick up ur location. and since these cells ive seen more people go down in the last 5 years than i will prob ever see in the rest of my life. so BE CAREFUL! oh and also not sure of this but ive heard that nextel is funded by the federal government. it was originally a tool used by them to communicate on a closed channel. but then they realized wow we could bust everybody if we let them use these because they could tap their own radio frequency without a warrant!!!!!! so be safe and smart!!!!

I think most of you "government out to get me" people need to stop smoking the weed. To listen to everyones phone calls would take as many people who are making them. Think about how many cell phones + land lines + VoIP numbers there are. Unless someone narked you out as a drug dealer do not worry. And unless your funneling the money back to support terrorism the case wouldn't hold up in court without a warrant.
