does age matter on getting these cards? and if it does do you need parent agreement also or what?

Well if you are under 18 (like me) it depends on the doctor, but yes BOTH parents have to sign. I still haven't gone but I know I need both parents, plus I want to make sure the doc isn't against minors using cannabis. But you could even just pay a doctor enough and they wouldn't give a fuck.
