Gatekeeper777 Reviewed by Gatekeeper777 on 03-11-2007. Spent a night in jail So last night i spent some time in jail. I got caught with less than .3 grams of weed and some paraphernalia. Which is well below the maxium amount for it to be a misdemeanor (8 ounces). It was the first time ive ever been charged with anything. I am 18 and have a clean record. Is there any reason i should be worried about jail time. The maximum is 1 year, its really bothering me. What is the chance that i will actually go to jail for something like this?
