i didn't give him consent. i of course had bottle rockets in my car that i had left there since last july. He asked to search and i said no, he said that the bottle rockets were illegal and that he had the right too. He didnt have to find it cause when he made me go to my hood and wait, i just told him where it was, cause he was going to search my car regardless. It wasnt hidden at all considering i just got to my car and was about to leave when he showed up out of no where. I have to cross my fingers that my parents have a good lawyer. A friend of mine got caught with weed and just had to do 10 weeks of drug classes.
mafyew Reviewed by mafyew on . Spent a night in jail So last night i spent some time in jail. I got caught with less than .3 grams of weed and some paraphernalia. Which is well below the maxium amount for it to be a misdemeanor (8 ounces). It was the first time ive ever been charged with anything. I am 18 and have a clean record. Is there any reason i should be worried about jail time. The maximum is 1 year, its really bothering me. What is the chance that i will actually go to jail for something like this?
