    Quick "Will I pass by this time" Question

    Hello there.

    I shant bore you with the normal "OMFG I SMOKED LAST NIGHT WILL I PASS TOMORROW, LAWL LAWL ROFL" stuff but I would like to know what the general population thinks whether I will pass or not.

    I'm a generally husky guy around 159 lbs (5' 9") with some good muscle and a little chubs to even it out. Not too fat. I'm looking to pass a test in the upcoming weeks around the 26th of March and the last time I smoked was the morning of March 3rd. I've been smoking for around half a year every weekend. So just once or twice a weekend but i've skipped a weekend here or there of course. I don't work out but three times a week and my eating habits are pretty normal.

    So, that's 23 days of not smoking with small workouts and regular eating.

    Should I be able to pass the drug test or should I consider increasing workouts to make sure?

    good job stopping. that's the best thing that you can do.

    starting now i would drink a lot of cranberry juice and water. some people here say that it's not neccessary so early in the game, but from what i understand drinking cold water burns calories. Burning calories in turn, burns your THC saturated fat cells

    work out hard for the first week or so. do cardio and try to burn between 400-700 calories per work-out(take it easy if you're not in good shape though,dont wanna die before the test, do we?)

    progress the workout to harder intensity/ longer duration as the days go by. and dont forget to sweat. if possible, wear a sweater while you're doing all of this. but again, listen to your body...dont overdo it.

    after the week (and a half?) of working out...stop. when you work out and burn fat, the metabolites you're being tested for releases itself from fat, enters your bloodstream, gets filterd out from the kidneys and is excreted thru urine.
    becasue of this, it is important not to release more metabolites than you can excrete by the time the test comes up.

    after working out, it is suggested that you be a lazy fat ass. eat big, pack on some pounds and embed the leftover THC within more fat so that they're not as easily released.

    keep on that water and cranberry juice though.

    i know a lot of people advise against taking detoxifying drinks, pills etc.
    BUT, following what i wrote above, AND taking something like Herbal Clean Quick Caps/Tabs is what got me thru MY test.

    i only stopped for 2 weeks and 2 days after smoking every day, multiple times for years on end. i worked out, i drank water and i took the pills.

    ACTUALLY, i also started taking herbals clean's "pretox" pills as soon as i found out that i was going to be tested. whever they sell quick caps they should also have the pretox pills. i took them for 2 weeks before "D day".

    i hope this helps. i read a lot of interesting stuff on this board regarding drug testing and the above is what i did. now i am in my 4th day at work at my new job....so i guess i passed

    There are so many factors involved .... if it's for employment why take a chance unless it's walmart or something like that.

    There's just no real way to tell whether increase workouts will help or not.

    It sounds like your not a heavy smoker I've read that it is out of the system in a couple of weeks ..... but you can find out that info for yourself.

    What's wrong with synthetic urine?

    exercising helps because it burns fat, thc is stored within fat cells. that's why marijuana the hardest drug to clear out of your system, if we lost fat/weight easily maybe fitness wouldn't be such an obsession in america....

    ...but now i'm going off on a tangent, maybe we'll leave that for another thread


    good point though GR, it does sound like Fancy dosn't smoke that much. In that case, as most people say, the marijana level in your urine should be low enough in 2 weeks (without diluting, substituting or adulterating your sample).

    ...but still, i'd be working out and drinking a ton of water. i agree, why take that chance?
