yellow tip leaves
my guess if its only at the bottom of the plant on older leaves would be there showing the first signs of nitrogen deficiency which usually starts yellowing at the tip and will continue to spread until the entire leaf is yellow but a pic would help alot or a better descripion of where the affected leaves are bottom, top or affecting the whole plant.

are the leaves that have yellow tips, dark green or light green? like bejay said, a picture is the only thing that will allow us to help you out totally.
but, if your leaves are dark green- the yellow tips are probably a sign of a nute burn. if your leaves are light green- they could be deficient.
my guess is a burn. when MJ plants start yellowing because of natural N deficiency in flowering, they don't start at the tips. the whole leaves just sort of pale.

from what ive seen a nitrogen deficiency can start at the tips and will eventually yellow the whole leaf, sometimes fairly quickly, sometimes not but have also seen most of the growth being very pale and the leaf turning yellow also, but it doesnt always appear that way and hes only 2 weeks into flowering.
there is really no such thing as a natural nitrogen deficiency it common to have the deficiency late in flowering but there is nothing natural about it, its a direct result of starving the plant of nitrogen in the last few weeks of flowering.
