At the top of every page You will see [User CP] Click on it the next page you will see to the left [Edit Avatar] Click on it and on that page scroll to the bottom and click on [Browse] that will browse your folders in your computer... go to the folder with a avatar and click on the avatar... then click on [save Changes]
