Torog is right, there is nothing anyone can do untill we know what you want. With a space like that you could make several chamber for flowering, clones, veg, and germ, mothers too. Or you could run a perpetual harvests. WIth a space this large there is many things you can do and you can also end up with shit loads of weed if you do stuff right.

How would someone with experiance set the room up and how many plants woulds be practical if not conveniant. Expect to go NFT room hieght10 foot Cant understand co2 in a room exaushted every few minutes. Total dimwitt Understand flouresent M/hilde / HP sodium nearly well but rest is rocket science.
