Howdy Le tiss,

Well..it seems to me,that what you need to figure out,is why you are going to grow. Are you going to grow for personal use ? For commercial use ? Maybe a little of both ? You need to decide what level of risk that you're willing to take,ie,how many plants do you want ? How much of an electrical bill can you afford ? What about smell and thermal signature ? Do you have a good electrical system that can handle your power needs, without over-heating the circuits ?

There's alot of planning, that needs to go into designing a grow room..and it starts with you defining your goals and useage parameters. If I had a room that size,I'd probably divide it up into a seperate veg and flower area's,as well as germination and cloning area's.

Is this room,in a rent house or in a house that you own ? If it's in a house that you own,you could even consider putting in a sink and faucets with threaded mouths to screw a water hose onto for use with your hydro system, among other things. But you'd have to modify the tap water ph before using with your plants.

Just some things to consider..I'm looking forward to your response.

Have a good one...Torog
