I don't really think Primus is underrated at all. They've been around for a while now, and still going strong. I saw them in Chicago last November, and the place was honestly just one big sold out mosh. People who had never heard of them, much less been born back in the early 90's when they first got big, were loving them.

Claypool could seriously be our lord and savior. Maybe you guys don't hear much about Primus where you are, but they're still a pretty big deal here. It kinda sucks Claypool is most likely going to tour with the Fancy Band as Primus is put on the shelf, but either way, the man is amazing.

For me, Pnuma Trio and The Slip are underrated. Or maybe I just appreciate them too much. Still, both bands have serious talent. And Pnuma is almost all improv jam anyways...
