PETER POWER FROM VISOR CONSULTANTS WAS WORKING THAT VERY SAME DAY AT THE SAME EXACT PLACE THE ATTACKS TOOK PLACE AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PRACTICE A SCENERIO BASED ON A TERRORIST ATTACK...BUT A REAL ONE HAPPENED INSTEAD.
