I have a Dominican friend that grew up in Washington Heights... that's one of the best spots in the US to get hydro and haze, but you have to have the right connect, because they won't sell to just anyone... and if you go in there alone, they might think you're 5-0 and not even acknowledge you... or worse things could happen... especially if you're white.
