er... ok?
This is why there is such a hostility towards Mods. The fact is if someone got banned it is in the best interest of the community to inform them of why.
It is a good reminder of the rules.
If everything is out in the open there is no need to gossip.
But this attitude of "we own you" is totally counterproductive.
Just my opinion. I know that counts for nothing, but this is feedback.

It's best to not beat a dead horse, am I wrong? That's all that we'd be doing by having these types of threads continue, ya know? I'm sure the people mentioned would want to forget about their incident and move on with life, JUST like we are doing..
Man, I AM a smartass. ~
Note: That "We own you" thing was a joke...lighten up and smell the sarcasm : )

Its whats known as Freedom of Speech... and the pursuit of knowledge (ok yes were just gossip addicts, but still).

Arrest records are public information.
All I am saying is if you don't want threads asking about why someone was banned... Just tell us so we understand and perhaps learn something ourselves.
If you are open with us we wont think you are banning someone for personal reasons

I am glad this came full circle. I agree that the question was put out as appropriately as it could've been, I A P was a bit harsh at 1st, but consider that after weeding thru several if not hundreds of posts...You can get a little "testy". We like to come and have a little fun without controversy also; These threads just cause blood pressure to rise after the stress that Moderators feel when confronted with negative issues...Such as the one that led to Mrsgreenjeans getting banned. Peace

You are my new "bestest" friend, but I gotta say this to you.
Wesley, Billion?...There is no way we are going to start having more administrative duties from new policies of open forum discussion of bans. No way.
Let's drop this. If someone gets banned; It is from actions they took to cause ban. We have no animosity towards members; even when banned, but that is strictly between the Administration and the member banned.
I am getting tired of seeing the team get questioned, and after giving an answer...the topic continues to get beat on...C'mon enough!
Thanks Latewood
