oh man, this happened to me not to long ago- same thing, manager wanted to enter apartment for appraisal. Check out my thread entitled Trailer Park Boys Moment...it's priceless, we moved all of my plants outta the apartment by running thru the hallways with them- and they were only covered up by grocerie bags that were mainly seethru. soooo sketchy but hilarious. lol. it all worked out in the end.

They want to come inside my house for a property appraisal. Hmmm. Ok so I have all my stuff in the closet of my studio. Right as you walk in I have a bar covering access a bit to the closet with a orange cord running right across as you walk in through the little walk way.. Not sure what they look at when they do this kind of thing so it makes sense that they are getting ready to renovate or sell the property. Which means I gotta get ready Rating: 5
