Sheeeit.. LandLord wants to come in my apt for an appraisal. HELP

SO ... I got till the 14th to figure out my game plan. They want to come inside my house for a property appraisal. Hmmm. Ok so I have all my stuff in the closet of my studio. Right as you walk in I have a bar covering access a bit to the closet with a orange cord running right across as you walk in through the little walk way.. Not sure what they look at when they do this kind of thing so it makes sense that they are getting ready to renovate or sell the property. Which means I gotta get ready and stealthy enough for people in my house. I can control the smell if I just leave my windows open. Advise??

I can heat you man. The ac's broken and gotta find a way to make time for them to come over and fix it. Dont really want them to notice the shit. Just kinda worried about it.

if you have a car, put as much as you can in the trunk. get big cardboard boxes and hide your plants.
i was in the same boat as you many times, the landlord showed the house to many perspective buyers and i had to hide the grow op each time. never got discovered either, and the plants turned out fine :rastasmoke:

Sweet, I heard a few things from grower team here in town, that you guys posted so good shit. I'll make a move tommarow to clean up the backyard real good and throw some potting soil down like I'm planting some flowers outside to make up for all the stuff I have. Especially with it being the time to plant.

I assume since you said just wrap it up that they wont look in my closets.. This is a relief and I'll protect that area as if I have embarassing things in there if they ask. Like lingerie and sex toys of the gay type.. that'll shoo em away. What kinda straight guy gardens anyway.

house is pretty airy, I put the clones outside to get some sun.

oh man, this happened to me not to long ago- same thing, manager wanted to enter apartment for appraisal. Check out my thread entitled Trailer Park Boys Moment...it's priceless, we moved all of my plants outta the apartment by running thru the hallways with them- and they were only covered up by grocerie bags that were mainly seethru. soooo sketchy but hilarious. lol. it all worked out in the end.

Yeah, a few hours or even a day in the dark won't hurt them at all but definitely get your gear put away and preferably out of the home. Appraisals usually only look at the very basics of the property and rarely go into closets or even most of the rooms...sometimes they just cruise by and check from the road too! But still you don't want to take the chance...besides, it'll give you a chance to clean out the grow area and make it nice and organized for their return.
