Im pretty sure everybody talks to themselves. I mean honestly, the mind is such a complex entity. How can someone just sit on their ass and not have a thoutfull conversation with their brain, aka talking to oneself.
Socrates, for example, is famous for saying that to escape ignorance, one has to question everything, including themselves. All the philosophers - they did not get their briliant ideas by talking to their friends.

i dont really know what kinda bird it is. i call it a parrot cuz it talks but its not technically a parrot. i just googled "green bird orange head". it looks like the one in the pic but he has a black beak

I talk to myself all the time too, even when I'm not high. Like other people say, it helps me to think... I'l ask myself a question internally like 10 times without being able to think of an answer. The I'll just ask myself out loud and I get flooded with ideas, weird shit.
