Don't rinse with any mouth wash with alcohol 'cause itll burn and is pretty bad for fresh mouth peircings (or torn). If it's swollon you can crush up a TINY bit of iburprophine and water and use a q-tip to help the swelling or just pop a few. Ice will help too.

Slip..you mean a labret? be careful with self-done peircings, if you're gonna do 'em please order needles offline or off ebay and steralize everything really good especially the jewelry.
