It's kind of hard to say.

Once I had a headache and felt kind of sick, took a few hits off the vape, and it only intensified the headache and made me feel worse.

Another time I had some body aches, and a sore throat, took a few hits of my vape, and I felt amazing.

I guess weed can either intensify the bad effects of illness or make them go away. For me it was random.

The reason I ask is cos' I'm pretty ill at the moment (Sore throat, runny nose, high temp, and sleepy) and want to get high. But if I'm just gonna' feel worse for it then obviously it's not worth it.
