Smoking whilst ill.

So people, when you're ill does smoking weed make you feel worse? The reason I ask is cos' I'm pretty ill at the moment (Sore throat, runny nose, high temp, and sleepy) and want to get high. But if I'm just gonna' feel worse for it then obviously it's not worth it.

It's kind of hard to say.

Once I had a headache and felt kind of sick, took a few hits off the vape, and it only intensified the headache and made me feel worse.

Another time I had some body aches, and a sore throat, took a few hits of my vape, and I felt amazing.

I guess weed can either intensify the bad effects of illness or make them go away. For me it was random.

When I'm sick smoking usually makes me feel a little better. It usually helps with the body aches and stuff like that.

The only thing that sucks is its kinda harsh on your throat, i usually use my bong with some ice in it and it's not too bad...

The only time smoking makes me feel worse is if it's stress...then it just gives me a headache or makes mine worse if i already have one...

i find it makes me feel better temporary but it lowers ur immune system imo

i tried smoke a gravity bong when i was ill and almost died from coughing. but a spliff and a warm drink was fine:hippy:

Well I'm smoking and it's alright to be honest. I'm taking it slow since it does tickle my throat a bit. N' obviously being stoned is always a plus.

well my number 1 rule is smoking always make me feel better no matter what so i always smoke up when i have a cold flu or whatever and find it helps me

a joint and a hot drink i found lemon tea to be the best
