Another point for the Vapolution!

I have had this thing for a few months now, and absolutely love it! I have had nothing but great support and amazing customer service from this company as well, and today was no exception. This morning as I was doing my normal wake/bake/play with the snake before I leave for work, I noticed a small hairline crack on my All-In-Wonder bowl. It wasnt a big deal, and didnt go all the way through. I dont think I dropped it or hit it on anything, but who knows. I wasnt exactly worried about spending another $20 for one because they are worth it.

Just out of curiousity, I sent the guys at Vapolution an email explaining what happened. They replied almost immediately, and told me they would send me a new one free of charge, and it would be at my door by monday. They even asked me what color I wanted! This place is amazing, and I would highly recommend Vapolution to anyone considering a vape. I have convinced almost everyone I know to order at least one.
