First Timer..

I am really sorry about this new thread as i expect there have been 100's before me and 100's after me..

I am totally new to growing, and I have had trouble sifting through the forum finding out what lights to get.. I have the soil, pot, area all ready i am just waiting for the lights, i only want to grow 1 or 2 plants..

any help would be great.
