That's just considered basic stopping procedure, frankly. It's racial profiling that's against the law, but don't think for a moment that regular suspicious pattern-profiling doesn't come into play in the decisions they're making on College Hill or in any other decisions they make every day. That's just the most basic, routine pull-over procedure based on a what they will claim is simply a random profile with a consistent pattern of potentially suspicious activity.
birdgirl73 Reviewed by birdgirl73 on . is this profiling? in my town the cops are really crackin down, and we have this place called college hill and like 4 consistent dealers live up that hill, so the cops have been just sittin at different places on the hill and have been pullin people over for "speeding" or "rolling stop" but it really means we saw 3 teens comin off the hill so we pulled you, and if its not a cop with a K9 they call a cop with a K9 and have him bring it and walk around your car. i was just wonderin of that could be considered Rating: 5
