Maybe you need to refresh your self with the context of that particular forum rule. I wasn't threatening anyone, I simply stated that I wish someone would harm someone. I don't see how that could POSSIBLY be construed as a threat according to the definition of threat.

Something i have definately thought about myself, "Why" that is. I personally would never put myself in that position. I have too much to look forward to! Well when someone is falsely accused of something they often enter into the judicial system to sort out what happened.

Sometimes the enforcement branch and the judicial branch are one in the same. Can we say "No checks and balances"

A different mod deleted a post which contained a stupid remark.

I watched a special on TV the other night in which they discussed Presidential death threats on the internet blogs, etc....... These threats ARE taken seriously by the Secret Service and ALL are investigated. THAT is the type of attention we DO NOT need in here; and I'm sure none of you want on your doorstep.

For anyones info regarding the ban.....this person NOW has 12 banned user names in here. Why look when they come to you.........
