P4B, I'm starting to like you more and more, a conservative that understands more than one political spectrum
VERY strong on the defense issue....if there is any chance that our people are going to war.....they should have the best!
2 term limits on congress and senate
NO special interest groups allowed anywhere near the D.C. area/ Congress, Senate, President
Flat tax
Repeal of all laws binding the hands of labor unions...it's about time the C.E.O.s learn to share again.
Legalize all recreational drugs.......put 10% of that enforcement money wasted into treatment.
The arts should be a private matter and needs no endorsement $ from the fed.
Economic aid to whatever country would be eliminated. A person with a $40,000 and is currently over 3/4 of that in debt does not give money away.
The Great Wall of Mexico would be constructed and illegals would have the option of leaving or being catapolted across the wall when caught.

My idea of a flat tax is a tax put on ALL so called luxury goods excluding food items and "some" clothing items. Some as in non-designer style clothing. Everything else would have an additional flat tax of lets say 5% added on to the purchase price just as it is already today.
If your poor just getting by your tax rate "should" be at 0% based on purchasing no luxury goods. Joe millionaire that changes up his Rolls Royce and designer underware by the score would pay out more and with the loss of tax loop holes.
Industry would also be paying their fair share based on purchasing consumer items to keep the buisiness running and O.E.M. items for the parts needed to assemble a final product. MORE incentive to create things in house instead of farming out for goods. Parts brought in from overseas would also have a flat tax based on purchase price for the goods........call it a tariff if you like.
Why wouldn't this be passed? Because the people we have in office right now are the ones jet setting making the big bucks. I've yet to see the government pass something that would directly effect their own personal pockets.
Have a good one!:s4:
April 15th comes and there's NO taxes to worry about or all the paper work, etc....that the government now has to contend with.

I think if you merge mrdevious, zimzum, and p4b...you might have something. I want the flat tax...all us poor people want is that the rich bastards pay tax too!
NO more million $ tax breaks for corporations running South to dump the unions, and getting millions of tax breaks in order to make more millions. Meanwhile local infrastructure suffer under the burden. Hell someone said "give the states back their power. I agree, but the states should answer to the people. So we need to throw out electoral college which only benefits the rich ,and big cities. Bring back the popular vote, So that the president is elected by the majority of voters, that are all supposed to have equal rights and values. Peace
KUDOS! This thread is exactly what I have been on my soapbox about in relation to the politics forum...Wish us all; goodluck!

i would like to see not the legalization, but the derciminalization of cannabis.
i would like to see the second ammendment upheld for the rest of this countries existance.
i would like to see a healthcare system implemented.
for me military spending is a no brainer. it takes a lot of money to run an army. "without supply, you will die" no soldier, sailor or marine should have to die because he didnt have something that 'cost to much'.
some things i don't agree with and why:
ban on unions. don't agree with that, i'm an electrician.
no wall, dont agree with that either, there is a right way to enter this country. and this country has many rules that need to be followed, if an immigrant can't follow the rules on how to enter this country, how can they be expected to be a productive citizen and follow the rules of our society ?
