I just fill a ketchup bottle with warm water add a cup of sugar, a packet of yeast, hang the bottle from the ceiling by a rope since CO2 isa heavier than O2, and so I can cap them and shake them once a day, the more the better. Once a week you add 1/2c of sugar.

And I had a nifty idea for distributing it, my friend has a 20 oz. C02 tank with an on/off valve, so you can spray as much out of it out at a time as you wish.
