2 seeds is not alot to work with would probably germinate them and plant them in some diposable cups with some drainage holes punched in the bottom and if they do germinate ok and sprout then you can transplant into your selected location, 2-3 weeks later.
the rest of your plans sound ok but would probably get a hold of a few more seeds if possible as with only 2 if they do germinate and sprout ok you could very easily lose them to other causes outdoors or they may both turn out to be male wich would be a little unlucky but with only 2 seeds certainly possible.
outdoors it is a good idea to plant about 3-4 times as many plants as you want to harvest, in several different spots with no more than 2-3 plants per spot so if you do have some losses due to various reasons and by the time you remove any males you should still have some to harvest.
