I don't think it's sugar mate, i think it's silicon, you've got some 'gritweed' . There's one or two threads on this somewhere but get rid (sell it, bin it, refund ?? lol) just don't smoke it. It's real weed only sprayed with silicone just to give it weight (in bulk).
