    history of cannabis.com

:wtf: Things have not gone down hill its just that some people don't deal with change very well.

I have been with this site for about 5 years and I have been a MOD here for 3 years. This site is about 10 years old now and it is the biggest cannabis site world-wide, and it continues to grow.

Just wondering...which moderators do you like the most? Who are the "good" cops?

This isn't really a subject that should be discussed.
Certainly some members will have opinions based on their interactions with members of the moderation staff, but these are simply personal opinions.
We should just appreciate their efforts to make this a good, positive place to be and leave it at that.

with a slightly more authoritarian stance and and an eye on the real world, we enter a new age. aw, maybe i'm just gettin' paranoid in my old age. maybe i am imprinting my own problems with authority on what has been for the last year one of the most enjoyable communities i have ever been a part of. maybe i'm right and the marketplace has devoured another slice of the dream. tell me it ain't so. tell me that all is right with the world and appearances are once again deceiving me.

i don't suppose it really matters in the long run. none of us really exist except as random images drifting across the screen and soon enough even that will be gone.

cannabis.com has always been here for me, since i started smoking pot atleast. I heard it was way better way back when. But things can't always stay great. Site most likely would have been shut down by now.

Some that I remember are: Ghostoker420, ReSiNaTe, Ammie, Torog (now psycho4bud i think) and some others but its been too long and memory is not the strong suit of the stoner.

Ghostoker420 is still around I think, and Torog and P4B are not the same people.
