What supplements do you take if any? The only supplement I use is Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein pre and post workout. Otherwise, I eat chicken, eggs, steak, tuna, oatmeal, whole grain rice, and whole wheat bread like it's my job. I either drink green tea or Bolthouse Farms cappuccino drink (it has 10g of protein and provides caffeine for a boost) 20-15 minutes before my workout.
