sam ...all your things are in the 100s like squats i can imagine, but 100lb on a bar to curl is tough
50 pounds in each hand??? i seriously doubt that... you must be using the wrong form or doing something wrong... there's no way you're benching only 120 but you can curl almost half that in each hand...

the way i bench is by using free weights in each hand instead of a bar because i have no spotter... i started w/ 50 (each hand) x 10, then 60 (each hand) x 10, 70 (each hand) x 10 and lately 75 (each hand) x as much as i can... if it's only a few, i'll drop back down to 65 and go for 10

and curling... i can barely do 10 reps of 70lbs on a straight bar (proper form, without bending my back) which is why i have a hard time believing someone that can only bench 120lbs can curl 50lbs in each hand...
