I work with 190 right now give or take 15lbs., I do twelve reps seven sets, three diferent styles of bench(incline, decline, standard) My max is about 420 three reps however that was about a year ago and I was working with heaveier lbs. then. Been lifting for about 15 years, have been slackin the past couple years though.imp: My incline leg bench is at 1300lbs.
