For all the ppl who go to the gym
Before I had to ease up on my exercising last month after I was in the hospital, I could bench 90, but the truth was that much weight was hard on my elbow and shoulder joints even through my muscles could handle it well. That's one bad thing about getting older. The muscles can sometimes keep up ahead of the joints once you've logged several decades of heavy physical activity. I'm taking glucosamine/chondroitin for the joint trouble, but I'm not yet allowed to get back in and work up to my previous weight levels.
