Parts of site failed to load... If you are using an ad blocker addon, you should to disable it (it blocks more than ads and causes parts of the site to not work).
Not to sound sexist, but I just think I could. I've been lifting weights since I was like 10. I do curls more than bench pressing. I curl 50lbsin each arm and do about 20reps wait abit repeat. I try not to strain my muscles too much either. But hey for all I know you could lift 10x what I could and be a champion weight lifter.
If you can curl 50lb, you could definitely bench 100. Way more than 100 infact, unless all you're doing is curls and leaving all your other muscles alone.....
A year ago, I could bench 225 15 times. Now that I have cancer, I'm trying to work everything back, so currently right now, I'm only benching 135 15 times. Not very impressive lmao.
But I'll be at my original mark again in 5 months I say.
