I don't bench press much...last time i tried my max. was in 9th grade, it was 155lbs in 4 reps. I was prbably 125-130lbs.

Right now I'm 17 years old, 154 lbs., and i only do push ups, elevated V sits, leg ups, and sit ups, and isometric exercises.

I can do 94 pushups on average without resting within a minute.
