Yeah, i'm 17 at 6'ft and been weight training for nearly 2 years...

I use to be 128lbs @ 12.5%BF (bodyfat)

Now currently; 168lbs @ 9%BF

Train for an hour, 4x a week at the gym...

My lifts vary alot;
Bench Press (Barbell): 200lbs x 2
Bench Press (Dumbells): 70lbs x 6
Deadlift: 365lbs x 4

For being such a frail frame and my age, i've built up alot of strength and mass I guess...
