Not to sound sexist, but I just think I could. I've been lifting weights since I was like 10. I do curls more than bench pressing. I curl 50lbsin each arm and do about 20reps wait abit repeat. I try not to strain my muscles too much either. But hey for all I know you could lift 10x what I could and be a champion weight lifter.
