Ive been having terrible highs lately...its ruing my smoking experiences

i dont know if someone has brought this up already but...Did you switch strains that you were smoking? I've been smoking The Hog lately, and if i smoke too much (and by too much i mean 1/2 of 3/4s of a bong bowl) I get the same symptoms of you. Most of the time when I get super high I get the rollercoaster feeling, and panicky thing too. So maybe you just need to take it easy, or switch to a sativa for a little while or somehting like that.

I'm a newbie.... so I have only advice in regards to panic attacks (I've been plagued with them since I was 8 years old!)... The first couple of times I smoked, I got bad anxiety... I was so uptight and dizzy and my heart went crazy.

One thing that helps me (whether I'm smoking or not) is to NOT fight the feeling.... the more you fight... the more you panic. Acknowledge how you feel ("my heart is beating fast.....i feel very dizzy.....").. but trust that it WILL PASS....

This sort of helps me... to not fight it... but let it ride itself out.

i got a bag not too long ago and the first time i smoked all this bad shit just came to the surface, then i was starting to feel better when i thought i ran over a cat. after that they were all good though and i drove by the spot later and there wasnt a corpse or anything
