    Outdoor growing?

Just wondering what happens if you are growing plants outdoor because obviously there is no way of changing the light schedule so do they just veg as long as they want and flower when they want or is it a slower cycle?

Is there a minimum temperature you can grow at?

Any important notes for growing outside do the plants need as much attention as indoor plants do? (if it makes any difference will be growing lowryder)

    Cheers

if you were growing a non auto flowering strain it would just veg until the fall and then start to flower as the dark hours increase an established plant can handle temps down to freezing or a light frost.
would expect lowryder to finish in the same amount of time as it does indoors as it doesnt use the light cycle to trigger flowering.

    Outdoor growing?

Thanks guys! Should the plants be cared for just as much as indoor plants? for some reason I have it in my head that because they are outside they are wild and will take care of themselves (maybe in fairyland I guess lol) but should they be cared for in the same way? should I just use the soil outside or still buy soil to plant them in? And should they still be fed nutes or would the soil outside be sufficient/

really depends on how good the soil is outside but you will probably have to mix in better soil or amendments.
they need to be cared for like an indoor plant sort of, if its dry and hasnt rained much you will have to water and will probably need to fertilize unless you add enough amendments or mix in soil with slow release fertilizer then you may not need to fertilize much if at all.
you may need to weed occasionaly and protect them from animals by using wire netting to form a ring around the plants.
